Double-Rail Rack Protection Barriers are designed to provide advanced protection for rack ends in warehouses, storage areas, and high-traffic logistics centers. With two levels of protection, these barriers intercept impacts both at mid and upper heights, typical of forklift maneuvers, safeguarding racking, stored goods, and supporting structures. The compact, high-visibility design enhances operational safety and space organization, reducing the risk of collisions and damage in the most exposed areas.

Made from high-resistance polymer, the barriers absorb and dissipate impact energy, returning to their original shape without permanent deformation. Resistant to moisture, UV rays, and chemicals, they provide long-lasting performance even in demanding industrial environments. The modular structure and floor-mounted fixing allow for quick installation and easy integration into both existing facilities and new layouts, without disrupting workflow.

Available variants:

• Standard: the Delta version provides effective protection for rack ends with controlled impact distribution; the Zeta version further improves impact energy management through its structural geometry
