The B2B type of sale is allowed at European level, only if the company that buys is authorized for intra-European trade, as specified by the European Commission and better specified at the following address: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/business_en. The authorization for intra-community trade provides for the non-applicability of VAT and for this reason it is required, under its responsibility, to confirm its registration with the VIES (Vat Information Exchange System). Otherwise Italian VAT of 22,00% will be applied. Keep in mind, however, that we will make use of the faculty to carry out the appropriate checks during shipment of the goods, recalculating the amounts relating to VAT.
